At IPP Pooling and our parent company Faber Group it is our ambition to have a positive impact on the environment, our clients and the world of load carrying – driven by the responsibility to carry with care. It is the same responsibility that drives us to care for our employees. We want them to be able to have a meaningful impact in the work they do.

Our employer branding concept elaborates on the companies purpose ‘carrying impact’ and focuses on the impact employees can make through their work – all the way from their own ambitions and need to the world they live in. The versatility of potential employees has been combined with the versatility Faber Group offers through its different divisions and functions to come to the creative concept: working at IPP Pooling or one of the divisions of Faber Group means you can be and become more than just one version of yourself and have a meaningful impact.

The creative concept is translated into a campaign which visually shows colleagues literally carrying their impact by carrying a full-size copy of themselves and wordings with form an unexpected contrast – usually a hard and more soft competency combined, like ‘how smart and caring can you be’- to attract the attention and curiosity of the recipient.

A dedicated career website -career.faber.group- has been launched which showcases who Faber Group, IPP Pooling and our other divisions are, what we do as leading provider of circular load carrier services and the purpose and values we stand for. Of course job opportunities and benefits of working with Faber Group, IPP Pooling and our other divisions are presented, as well as the opportunity to send an open application or to apply for an intern- or apprenticeship.

Furthermore a series of supporting content have been developed like ads and video’s for social media and more is to come in 2023! The concept and campaign have been jointly developed with the We Are Someone agency in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
