Thomas has joined IPP in September 2022 as Chief Operating Officer and Country Director United Kingdom & Ireland. He has shown to be an agile leader with a clear vision for IPP and the capability to make things happen. His continuous drive for improvement, focus on engagement and commitment to the success of the business will enable IPP to further grow and fulfil its ambitions.
