The consistency your
supply chain needs.

Pallet quality is critical, and even small variations can cause
delays. This is why IPP treats quality as a core service, ensuring
every pallet meets strict standards before use.

Palletquality

Quality built into every cycle

Reliable pallet quality does not happen by chance. It is the result of a controlled, repeatable process designed to keep pallets performing consistently over time across markets, partners, and handling environments.

At IPP, every pallet that passes through our network is managed according to standardised specifications and clear quality criteria. Pallets are inspected each time they re-enter an IPP depot, repaired where needed, and only returned to circulation once they meet defined performance standards.

This disciplined approach ensures operational continuity and sustainability at the same time. Fewer disruptions, predictable handling, longer pallet lifespans, and reduced waste. We ensure quality that delivers, cycle after cycle.

How we guarantee consistent pallet quality

Produce
Pallet quality starts with the right materials. Our wooden pallets are made using sustainably sourced timber, often supported by Faber Group’s specialist sourcing organisation SATIM. This expertise helps ensure appropriate timber selection, strength, and consistency for demanding logistics environments.

Deliver and collect
Pallets move through a coordinated European network. Optimised transport planning and structured returns ensure pallets circulate efficiently between customers, retailers, and depots, maintaining availability without compromising quality.

Inspect and repair
Every pallet that re-enters an IPP depot is visually checked against clear, standardised guidelines. Where needed, pallets are repaired by trained teams following defined processes before being approved for reuse. This ensures consistent dimensions, stability, and handling performance on every trip.

Automation-ready, every time

Automation has raised the bar for pallet quality. Automated warehouses and production lines depend on uniform dimensions, structural integrity, and predictable behaviour. Even minor deviations can cause interruptions.

IPP supports automated and semi-automated supply chains by supplying pallets that are consistently built and maintained, inspected at every return cycle, and engineered to perform reliably in high-throughput, capital-intensive environments where precision and continuity matter.

Where required, additional options such as kiln-dried or heat treated (HT) pallets are available to support moisture-sensitive packaging and specific operational needs.

Trusted across Europe

Because of our strict quality standards, IPP pallets are accepted by most major European retailers, ensuring smoother deliveries, simpler returns, and wider compatibility across supply chains.
