IPP today introduces Intelligent Flow, a new concept that expresses how IPP supports supply chains as conditions change. At the same time, we are launching a refreshed digital experience and updated brand expression.

As supply chains operate in an environment of increasing complexity, shifting volumes and rising expectations, performance is defined by more than delivery alone. What matters is how well operations continue to perform when conditions change. Intelligent Flow reflects how IPP supports supply chains in this context, bringing greater clarity to how partnership, anticipation and continuity contribute to resilient and efficient operations over time.

“Supply chain performance today is not just about availability. It is about continuity, anticipation and partnership. Intelligent Flow expresses how IPP supports customers in that reality, every day,” says Thomas Domson, CEO at IPP & PRS.

Intelligent Flow is not a new promise, but a clearer expression of how IPP works in practice. By managing complexity in the background and working closely with customers, IPP helps supply chains remain reliable and efficient, even as conditions evolve.

A central digital hub for partnership and performance

Alongside the introduction of Intelligent Flow, IPP has launched the new ipp-pooling.com.

The platform serves as an up-to-date digital hub and acts as a central touchpoint for engagement and communication across the supply chain. It brings together IPP’s pooling solutions, circular systems, digital capabilities and sector expertise, providing a structured way to explore how partnership supports daily operations across industries and markets.

Designed to support customers throughout their journey, the platform offers clearer access to services, insights and real-world examples. It will continue to evolve, with additional content and insights added over time to reflect changing customer needs and market conditions.

“The new digital experience brings together how we work as a partner, not just what we offer. It makes Intelligent Flow tangible and easier to explore for our customers,” says Ilona van der Waals, Head of Marketing, Communication and Product Management at IPP & PRS.

Choose a pooling partner over a pallet supplier

This way of working has clear implications for how supply chains are supported.

As conditions change, the difference between supplying pallets and partnering for performance becomes increasingly visible. Supply chains are moving from reacting to anticipating change, from managing complexity to reducing it, and from maintaining continuity to building it into the system.

At IPP, partnership means more than supplying pallets. It means working alongside customers to support resilience and efficiency across the supply chain, with solutions and services designed to perform consistently over time.

This approach is what IPP refers to as Intelligent Flow. Through partnership, personal service and continuous innovation, complexity is managed in the background so supply chains can perform reliably, even as conditions change.

Smart businesses choose partners over suppliers.
