Faber Group, parent company of IPP, today published its 2025 Sustainability Progress Report, highlighting how circular logistics continues to drive both business growth and measurable environmental impact across Europe. As companies prepare for the upcoming Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), the report shows that scalable reuse systems are already delivering results today.
By replacing single-use packaging with reusable load carriers, FABER helped customers avoid more than 40,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions in 2025 alone, while improving efficiency and reducing waste. At the same time, the company further reduced its own operational footprint, with lower energy consumption driven by electrification, efficiency improvements and ongoing optimisation. CO₂e emissions per load carrier continue to decline compared to the 2021 baseline, demonstrating increasing sustainability as the network grows.
FABER is also driving impact across the wider value chain by working closely with partners to optimise logistics networks, increase the use of lower-carbon fuels and scale innovative solutions such as electric transport. These efforts are supported by embedding sustainability into procurement and supplier partnerships.
With more than 134 million reusable load carrier movements, circularity remains at the core of the business model - maximising reuse, extending product lifecycles and reducing the need for new raw materials. This positions customers to meet growing regulatory requirements around reuse and waste reduction under PPWR.
FABER’s sustainability performance continues to gain external recognition, with an EcoVadis Platinum rating placing the company among the top 1% globally. The 2025 report has been externally audited by DEKRA in accordance with GRI standards and ISO 14064-1.
“This report shows what we can achieve when we move forward together. Let’s keep raising the bar - challenging ourselves, supporting each other, and making a real difference,” said Ingrid Faber, CEO of Faber Group.
