What is the standard Euro pallet size?
The Euro pallet size is 1200 x 800 mm and is one of the most widely used pallet formats across European supply chains. Its standardised dimensions makes it suitable for many European transport and storage systems.
When looking at Euro pallet dimensions and specifications, businesses should consider more than just size. Load capacity, pallet weight, construction and compatibility with forklifts, pallet trucks and automated systems can all be relevant. For some applications, a plastic pallet in Euro dimensions with all its advantages may also be the best option.

When should you use an industrial pallet?
The industrial pallet measures 1,200 x 1,000 mm and provides a larger loading surface than the Euro pallet.
Also commonly known as the UK pallet, this format can be useful for products and supply chains that need additional loading space.
When are half and quarter pallets useful?
Not every flow needs a full size pallet.
A typical half pallet measures 800 x 600 mm, while a quarter pallet commonly measures 600 x 400 mm. Their smaller footprint makes these formats particularly useful for smaller product quantities, retail distribution and promotional applications.
